This year's Bazaar is a fundraiser for MCC's upcoming Youth Missions activities. All registrations are final and no refunds will be issued.


Vendor Information for the Christmas Bazaar at Morgantown Community Church

Vendor booth spaces are $30 each.

Table rentals are available on a first come first serve basis and will be $5 each. These are 5’ ROUND Tables

• Vendor booth will include two chairs in an approximately 8’ x 8’ space.

• Vendor spaces will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

• Requests for access to electricity will be filled as much as possible. Please note your need on the registration form. Vendors are responsible to bring their own extension cords, surge protectors, etc.

• Wireless internet will be available at the site.

• We will strive to keep duplication of goods to a minimum.

First registered for a product will get the space.

• Vendors will be selling their items from their booth.

• Vendors may offer door prizes.

• No refunds will be made after payment is received and space confirmed.

• Deadline for registration is November 10, 2019 Vendor

Registration form must be received at the church office with payment by 11/10/19. If you cannot pay online, Checks should be made payable to Morgantown Community Church and mailed to be received by the deadline, with "Christmas Bazaar" written in the memo line. Receipts will be issued if requested.

• Booth Set up Time: November 15, 2017, from 8pm-9pm or November 16th, from 7am-8am.

• Please promote your participation on Facebook and other social media! A Facebook event will been made, please share it regularly with your friends.
